This animation is a channel ID for the children's channel "Noggin", one of my favorite channels growing up. These are also called "bumpers", which are fun videos that play amongst advertisements during episodes to let viewers know which channel they are on.

Since Noggin always promoted adventure, I thought an under-the-sea theme would be interesting and well suited. The characters I used were Noggin's mascots, Moose and Zee. I added in a view of my original characters as well such as the fish, dolphin, and snail. This Channel ID also has a matching lower-third.
